After completing a multi-step interview process similar to MAANG interviews, I successfully became a member of the Toptal community. Since joining, I have had two interviews, resulting in engagements with cf.me, shades.news and Urbint Inc..

Besides being a platform for matching developers with companies, Toptal is a community of developers with a private Slack group of more than 13,000 developers from all over the world. Since joining this community, I have been active in discussions that resonate with my development perspective. When Toptal decided to launch its mentor program, I was selected as one of the first batch of mentors. In addition to working as a mentor within the Toptal community, I served as a community leader in the React.js Slack channel for six months in 2023.
